Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations and Refund requests must be in writing. Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus $250 Cancellation fee) until December 18, 2024 Cancellations received from December 19, 2024 – January 18, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after January 18 are nonrefundable.
