The Partner Rate allows for one guest per registrant. A guest is defined as a significant other, friend, or family member over 18 (non-business affiliate). Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations and Refund requests must be in writing. Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus $250 Cancellation fee) until December 18, 2024 Cancellations received from December 19, 2024 – January 18, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after January 18 are nonrefundable.
